Q: My item is out of stock. What do I do?
A: Feel free to visit our store for any replacement items you may like. You also can mail to any e-mail address we have sent you with the names of the new items, or ask our live person for help.

A: Usually our products are sent via EMS, DHL, UPS and TNT.
